Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase is the wrong size or you're in any way dissatisfied with it, we are more than happy to exchange the item (subject to availability) or issue you with a store credit. We do not offer refunds.
If you'd like to exchange an item or return an item for credit, please email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to assist.

- The item must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your order.
- All return items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
- The cost of the return and/or exchange postage is at your own expense.
- The items are your responsibility until they reach Indigo Fig, so please ensure you use a postal service that insures the value of the items you are posting.
- It can take up to 5 business days for your return to arrive at Indigo Fig. Once we've received your return we'll email you a credit discount code to apply to your next Indigo Fig purchase.
- Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will happily arrange your choice of the following, at our expense:
- return for refund
- return for exchange
- return for store credit
Please check your items carefully when you receive them. If a fault is found, please notify us within 10 business days by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist.
